What to do if you can't sign up
- Make sure you are eligible for an ONID account.
- Make sure that you know your GAP (General Access Pin). NOTE: GAP changes in Banner take up to five minutes to appear in ONID.
Browser issues
In order to sign up for an account successfully, your browser must have cookies enabled.
Cookies are a way for information about your internet session to be stored on your computer, and are essential to any web site that requires you to log in to a session, such as web based email clients.
